Refund Policy: Conditions for returns. Return window: 14 days from shipment plus a 7-day delivery grace period (total 21 days). Return flow: the owner goes to their collection → finds the DiD™ → opens its details → selects 'Start return'. The DiD™ must be claimed and active. Return reasons (select exactly one):

After the return request is submitted, the team reviews the request and provides a return label and logistics instructions. The piece must be returned undamaged and with all original contents, accessories, documentation, and packaging.
