Data processing matters linked to digital identity are covered in Privacy Policy. Governance does not include operational procedures for activation, transfer or recovery; for operational assistance use Contact information and the specialized channels: transfer@disocy.com for transfers and returns@disocy.com for returns.

Rules of hierarchy and precedence

  • If documents conflict, the Terms of Service prevail unless a higher-ranking legal source provides otherwise.
  • Operational policies (refund, shipping, reserve) complement the Terms. They are not reproduced in full in Governance; consult the relevant policy for procedural detail.

Document maintenance and questions about applicability

  • Each entry links to a published page in the legal catalog. If you are unsure which document applies in a specific case, contact Contact information and provide, where appropriate, the order reference or the DiD number of the piece.
