At Disocy, we publish the legal agreements and operational rules. The legal framework is designed to protect the production of the pieces and the cryptographic security of owners. This index is the central repository for protocols that apply to commerce and identity.

1. CORE GOVERNANCE

The main agreements that set legal terms between you and Disocy and the rules governing the services.

  • Terms of Service: The contract that governs use of the services, the identity systems, and purchase processes.

  • Legal Notice: Legal identification and intellectual property rights related to Disocy.

2. PRIVACY & DIGITAL IDENTITY

How personal data and identity verification are handled.

  • Privacy Policy: Details on how data is processed for transactions and identity, and how device identifiers are associated with user accounts.

  • Cookie Policy: Technical description of the tracking technologies used on the site.

  • Manage Cookie Preferences: Use the consent manager to review or revoke tracking permissions.

3. ACQUISITION & LOGISTICS

Rules that govern item transfers and production limits.

  • Reserve Policy: Rules for pre-production thresholds, manual production stages, and order fulfillment.

  • Refund Policy: Conditions for returns. Return window: 14 days from shipment plus a 7-day delivery grace period (total 21 days). Return flow: the owner goes to their collection → finds the DiD → opens its details → selects 'Start return'. The DiD must be claimed and active. Return reasons (select exactly one):

    • Size or fit
    • Condition issue
    • Expectation mismatch
    • Shipping issue
    • Other

    Delivery preferences (select exactly one):

    • Home pickup
    • Drop-off at courier office
    • Drop-off point

    After the return request is submitted, the team reviews the request and provides a return label and logistics instructions. The piece must be returned undamaged and with all original contents, accessories, documentation, and packaging.

  • Shipping Policy: Logistics, transfer of risk, and delivery timelines within the European Union.
