Institutional

- Press requests, interview requests and media coordination.
- Legal and compliance: legal@disocy.com
- Formal notices, communications with potential legal effect and compliance matters. Do not use this channel for ordinary commercial claims.
- Careers: careers@disocy.com
- Job applications and questions about recruitment. Apply through the site's careers section.
Customer relations and technical support
- Customer relations: clientservices@disocy.com
- Commercial enquiries, order status and general after-sales guidance. To initiate returns, follow the Refund Policy.
- Technical support: support@disocy.com
- Technical or operational incidents. Where relevant, this includes matters related to DiD™. Do not use this channel for formal notices.
Note: using the appropriate channel reduces response times. Requests sent to the wrong channel may be redirected and delayed.
What to prepare before contacting us
Have the following ready, when applicable:
- order number
- piece DiD™ number (if applicable)
- piece identification code: claim token
- date of the transaction or incident
- a short and precise description of the issue
- supporting documents in readable formats (invoice, photos, PDF)

- Terms of Service: contractual framework and limits of the relationship.
- Refund Policy: how to request returns, required documents and conditions.
- Shipping Policy: delivery times and handling of transport incidents.
- Reserve Policy: terms applicable to reservations and preorders.
- Privacy Policy: personal data processing and procedure to exercise rights.
Formal notices and postal correspondence
For formal notices or communications with potential legal effect, use legal@disocy.com where possible.

- relevant order or case reference, if available
Include:
- sender identification (name and, where applicable, tax ID)
- brief description of the matter and the requested resolution
- relevant identifiers (order number, DiD™, claim token)
- supporting documents

Channels that must not be used for certain matters
- Do not use press or careers channels for commercial claims, after-sales disputes or formal notices.
- Do not send data protection requests to general support channels. Use the procedure described in the Privacy Policy.
- Do not use customer relations for legal notices that require formal handling through legal@disocy.com.
