At DISOCY, certain Pieces are made available for reservation prior to their physical construction. This process is part of our commitment to sustainable production and archival excellence.
SECTION 1 — LEGAL NATURE OF THE RESERVATION
By placing a reservation, you acknowledge that this transaction constitutes a Conditional Pre-order Contract.

Not a Perfected Sale: The reservation does not constitute a completed contract of sale (compraventa perfecta) until the Minimum Reservation Threshold is reached and Disocy formally confirms the commencement of production.

Condition Precedent: The fulfillment of the order is strictly contingent upon meeting production, technical, and quality benchmarks. This protects the Maison’s standards and prevents the delivery of any Piece that does not meet our archival criteria.
SECTION 2 — MINIMUM RESERVATION THRESHOLD
Each Piece is subject to a threshold determined by Aaron Retamero based on artisanal capacity and material sourcing.

Production will only initiate once this internal threshold is met.

Disocy reserves the right to adjust these thresholds or the reservation period without prior notice to ensure the operational integrity of the Maison.
SECTION 3 — MAISON’S RIGHT OF UNILATERAL CANCELLATION
Disocy reserves the right to cancel any reservation campaign or individual reservation at its sole discretion, even if the Minimum Reservation Threshold has been met, under the following circumstances:

Technical Infeasibility: If the manual construction or the synchronization of the DiD™ nodes faces unforeseen technical hurdles.

Quality Standards: If the sourced materials do not meet the "Archival Quality" required by the Maison.

Legal or Force Majeure: Any regulatory change or external factor that renders the production unfeasible.
In the event of such a cancellation, Disocy’s sole liability will be the full refund of the amount paid by the customer. No further compensation for delays or non-delivery shall be applicable.
SECTION 4 — PRODUCTION, SYNC & THE ARCHIVAL SET
Upon confirmation of production, the manufacturing process begins. Every reserved Piece is constructed as part of a complete Archival Set, which includes:

The Core Piece: Handcrafted and synchronized with its digital identity.

Mandatory DiD™ Hardware:

Primary DiD™ Chip: EAL5+ node integrated within the circular woven label.

DiD™ Card: Physical NFC card containing the unique Claim Token.

DiD™ Chip Backup (Optional/Piece Specific): If applicable to the specific campaign, a secondary backup node will be concealed within the garment structure.

Maison Packaging & Collateral (Items included may vary by Piece):

Disocy Premium Box: Custom archival engineered container.

Maison Totebag: Protective textile carrier (if included in the specific consignment).

Ephemera: Official sticker sets and explanatory technical letters (where applicable).

Timelines: All delivery dates are estimates. Due to the handcrafted nature and the cryptographic complexity of the EAL5+ nodes, Disocy does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
SECTION 5 — CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Before Production: Customers may request a cancellation and full refund at any time before the Minimum Reservation Threshold is met and production begins.

Post-Threshold: Once production and hardware synchronization have commenced, the reservation becomes final. Cancellations are no longer accepted as the Piece is being uniquely handcrafted and digitally bound to its future owner.

Unmet Threshold: If the campaign does not reach its threshold, all payments will be automatically refunded in full to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 — CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By proceeding with a reservation, you expressly agree to:

Limitation of Liability: Aaron Retamero’s liability is limited to the total amount paid.

Data Management: All personal data provided is processed strictly to manage your order and DiD™ initialization, in accordance with the Disocy Privacy Policy.
SECTION 7 — GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain, as stated in our Legal Notice.
