About this role
Graphic Designer (Temporary · Brandbook)
Project-based collaboration to transform approved Disocy and DiD™ assets into a polished, usable brandbook that clearly defines rules, hierarchy, and handoff-ready materials.
Role overview
You will materialize the current Disocy branding and the DiD™ technology identity into a single, well-structured brandbook. The core goal is to organize existing assets, make rules explicit, and produce a professional document that guides consistent execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
We care deeply about the way you think, your initiative, craft, attention to detail, and the quality of the final output, more than titles alone. Expect a disciplined, collaborative process, clear materials supplied, and the opportunity to offer thoughtful recommendations that strengthen the system.
Responsibilities
- Structure the provided brand assets into a clear, navigable brandbook layout.
- Define visual rules, hierarchy, spacing, and decision criteria so choices are repeatable and defensible.
- Differentiate Disocy and DiD™, clarifying ownership, use cases, and visual relationships between the core brand and the technology sub-brand.
- Produce finished, presentation-ready pages with careful composition and typographic consistency.
- Include practical guidance: do's and don'ts, exemplar applications, and rationale for major decisions.
- Deliver a tidy handoff package that makes future use and updates straightforward (editable source files and a polished PDF export).
Requirements
- Solid experience creating brandbooks or identity guidelines, with portfolio examples that demonstrate clear, organized systems.
- Strong visual judgment, compositional skill, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work from an established direction and organize material with discretion and clarity.
- Proficiency in Figma or Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, or equivalent layout and vector tools.
- Reliable, timely communication and the capacity to meet an agreed project timeline.
- Comfortable working remotely in a focused, project-based collaboration.
Nice to have
- Sensitivity to luxury and fashion aesthetics, understanding of refined visual language.
- Familiarity with technology brands or identity systems, and how they coexist with a luxury parent brand.
- Experience translating HEX and Pantone choices into consistent print and digital applications.
- A habit of offering thoughtful, pragmatic recommendations that respect existing direction and reduce ambiguity.
What we offer
- A defined, focused project scope with clear objectives and a professional brief.
- Direct access to approved brand colors, typography, Disocy isotipo, Disocy logotype, and DiD™ logotype.
- Contextual explanations so distinctions and rules are understood from the start.
- An organized, respectful collaboration with timely feedback and decisive inputs.
- The opportunity to produce a primary reference that will guide both brand and product teams.
